盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎大鼠的治疗效果及对大鼠IL-8、hs-CRP、TNF-α的影响 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探究盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎大鼠的治疗效果及对大鼠白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)的影响。方法:将120例Wistar大鼠随机分为基础治疗组和盐酸米诺环素组。两组大鼠均给予常规治疗后,基础治疗组大鼠给予碘甘油治疗,盐酸米诺环素组给予盐酸米诺环素治疗。使用ELISA法检测大鼠外周血及牙龈组织中IL-8、hs-CRP、TNF-α表达,检测患者牙周探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)及M2腭侧牙槽骨吸收长度和吸收面积。结果:治疗后,盐酸米诺环素组大鼠外周血及牙龈组织中IL-8、hs-CRP、TNF-α表达水平均低于基础治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,盐酸米诺环素组大鼠的PD、PLI和SBI水平均低于基础治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后,盐酸米诺环素组大鼠M2腭侧牙槽骨吸收长度和吸收面积均明显低于基础治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素可以显著降低牙周炎大鼠外周血及牙龈组织中炎症因子水平,保护牙周组织,降低各项牙部临床指标水平及M2腭侧牙槽骨吸收长度和吸收面积,盐酸米诺环素对牙周炎可能会有显著的治疗效果。 Objective:To discuss the effects of minocycline hydrochloride on the treatment of rats with periodontitis and its effects on Interleukin-8 (IL-8),Hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in rats.Methods:120 rats were randomly divided into basic treatment group and minocycline hydrochloride group.After conventional treatment,the rats in the basic treatment group were treated with iodine glycerin,and minocycline hydrochloride group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride.The expressions of IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-α in peripheral blood and gingival tissues of rats were detected by ELISA.The probing depth (PD),plaque index(PLI),sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and the absorption length and area of alveolar bone on M2 palatal side were measured.Results:The expression levels of IL-8,hs-CRP and TNF-α in the peripheral blood and gingival tissues of minocycline hydrochloride group were lower than those in the basal treatment group ( P <0.05).The levels of PD,PLI and SBI after treatment in minocycline hydrochloride group were lower than those in the basic treatment group (P <0.05).After treatment,the length and absorption area of M2 palatal alveolar bone were significantly lower than those in the basal treatment group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Minocycline hydrochloride can significantly reduce periodontitis rats in the peripheral blood and gum tissue inflammation factor levels,protect the periodontal tissue,reduce the levels of clinical indicators and the length and area of alveolar bone resorption in M2 palate.Minocycline hydrochloride may have a significant therapeutic effect on periodontitis.
