放射性肺损伤中医证型与血TGF-β1相关性的临床研究

Clinical study of correlation between TCM syndrome types and blood TGF-β1 in radiation-induced pulmonary injury

目的:探讨放射性肺损伤中医证型和血转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)的相关性。方法:选取接受放疗的肺癌患者100例,分别于放疗前及放疗后1、3、6个月对患者进行中医辨证分型,并检测TGF-β1。结果:放疗结束后1个月,100例患者主要表现为热毒犯肺型占63%;放疗结束后3个月,主要为气阴两亏型占60%;放疗结束后6个月,主要为痰瘀互结型占64%;放疗后6个月痰瘀互结型血TGF-β1较其它两组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:初步表明放射性肺损伤的中医辨证分型和血TGF-β1相关。

Objective:To explore the correlation between TCM syndrome types and blood TGF-β1 in radiation-induced pulmonary injury.Methods:Totally 100 patients with lung cancer recieving radiotheray were diagnosed according to TCM syndrome differentiation,and TGF-β1 level of those patients were detected before radiotherapy,1 month,3 months,and 6 months after radiotherapy.Results:1 month after radiotherapy,the 100 patients were mainly manifested with heat toxin invading the lung,accounting for 63%(63/100).3 months after radiotherapy,patients were mainly manifested with qi and yin deficiency,accounting for 60%(60/100).6 months after radiotherapy,patients were mainly manifested with cocurrent phlghm and blood stasis in the boby,accounting for 64%(64/100),and the patients of this syndrome type had a higher level of TGF-β1 than the other two types of syndrome,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:It is preliminarily indicated that the TCM syndrome types of radiation-induced pulmonary injury are correlated with blood TGF-β1.
