含缓释淀粉肠内营养制剂对2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响 被引量:3

Effects of enteral nutrition preparations containing slow-release starch on blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with 2 diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:分析含缓释淀粉肠内营养制剂对2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的影响。方法:按数表法将80例2型糖尿病患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。两组患者均接受糖尿病常规药物治疗和饮食指导,观察组在此基础上采用口服沛可匀浆膳(无糖型)替代部分饮食。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者血糖和血脂水平的变化情况;统计观察组患者肠内营养治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组患者血清空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平均低于治疗前水平及对照组水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而对照组患者血清FBG、2hPBG及HbA1c水平与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者血清三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于治疗前水平及对照组水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者血清HDL-c水平与治疗前及对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:含缓释淀粉肠内营养制剂可显著降低糖尿病患者血糖及血脂水平,且不良反应少,值得临床广泛应用。 Objective:To analyze the effect of slow-release starch enteral nutrition preparations on blood glucose and blood lipids in patients with 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:80 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 40 cases.Both groups of patients received diet guidance for diabetic patients,and the observation group used an oral Pelican homogenate diet (no sugar type) to replace some diets.After 3 months of treatment,the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid levels were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during the enteral nutrition treatment of the observation group was observed.Results:After 3 months of enteral nutrition treatment,serum FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c levels in the observation group were lower than pre-treatment levels and the levels in control group,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The levels of FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment ( P >0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those in the control group ( P <0.05),while the levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in the control group were not significantly different from those before treatment (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in serum HDL-C level between before treatment and control group ( P > 0.05).Conclusion:Enteral nutrition containing slow-release starch can significantly reduce blood sugar and lipid levels in patients with diabetes mellitus,with fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
