摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为公共图书馆数字阅读推广提供参考。[方法/过程]采用文献综述和德尔菲法初步筛选了影响因素,利用系统工程DEMATEL方法识别了关键影响因素,分析了各个影响因素相互作用关系,并针对各个关键影响因素提出了相应的对策和建议。[结果/结论]推广方式与途径多样化、阅读动机与需求和营销策略是影响公共图书馆数字阅读推广的最为关键因素。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to propose references for digital reading promotion in public libraries.[Method/process]The paper uses literature review and Delphi method to preliminarily screen the influencing factors,uses DEMATEL method to indentify key influencing factors,analyzes interaction of various influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for each key influencing factor.[Result/conclusion]The most important factors affecting the promotion of digital reading in public libraries are:diversification of ways and means of promotion,reading motivation and demand,and marketing strategy.
