佛坪自然保护区周边社区对野生动物保护的影响

Influence of Community around Foping Nature Reserve on Wildlife Conservation

采用参与式评估(PRA)和生态保护知识KAP研究方法,对佛坪自然保护区周边社区社会经济状况和居民的野生动物保护意识进行调查。结果表明:保护区周边社区经济结构单一,对自然资源依赖性高;社区居民文化水平较低,自然保护知识匮乏,野生动物保护意识不强,不良传统习俗和生活习惯等是威胁保护区野生动物保护的主要因子。

The social and economic status of communities and residents' awareness of wildlife conservation in Foping Nature Reserve were investigated using participatory evaluation of PRA and ecological protection knowledge KAP Research methods.The results showed that the communities surrounding the protected area has a single economic structure, high dependence on natural resources, lower literacy level of residents, lack of knowledge of natural protection, weak awareness of wildlife protection, bad traditional customs and living habits, etc, which together constitutes the main factors threatening the protection of wildlife in protected areas.
