摘要
为增加濒危树种山红树的种群数量,研究ABT1号生根粉5个不同浓度和1个对照(水与生根粉的倍数分别是200倍、400倍、600倍、800倍、1000倍和对照)共6个处理对山红树生根率和成苗率的影响,采用多重比较分析方法对试验结果的生根率和成苗率进行分析,结果表明:600倍液的ABT1号生根粉处理山红树的生根率和成苗率最高,最差的是对照。
To increase the number of mountain mangrove populations of endangered species, to carry out the effect of 5 different concentrations of ABT1 and 1 control (the multiple of water and rooting powder, 200 times, 400 times, 600 times, 800 times, 1 000 times and the control) on the rooting and seedling rate of mangrove, the rooting rate and seedling formation of the test results were analyzed by comparative analysis, variance analysis and multiple ratio analysis. The results showed that 600 times of ABT1 generated the highest rooting rate and seedling rate of mangrove and the worst was the control.
