摘要
人才是发展的基石,活力的源泉,21世纪以来,人才逐渐成为各个省市争夺的对象.以安庆市为例,构建灰色GM(1,1)模型,运用MATLAB软件对安庆市未来人才需求进行预测分析,并提出相应的对策建议.
Talent is the cornerstone of development and the source of vitality.Since the 21st century,talents have gradually become the object of competition among various provinces and cities.Takes Anqing City as an example to construct a greyGM(1,1)model,and uses MATLAB software to predict and analyze the future talent demand of Anqing City,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
