齐齐哈尔冰球城市创新发展研究

Research on the innovative development of Qiqihar hockey city

采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对我国冰球运动开展较好的省市进行实地调研,探讨中国冰球城市建设.结果表明,作为“亚洲最佳冰球城市”的齐齐哈尔市具有政策环境、冰球文化底蕴及冰雪装备制造产业的优势,具备创建中国冰球城市的条件.提出了创新宣传策略,实施“雏鹰计划”3年打造百支冰球队伍,进一步提升冰球城市的文化底蕴,创新推动校园冰雪计划,加强国际交流与合作,走职业化发展之路等策略.

Using documentation method and expert interview,field research provinces and cities with better development of ice hockey in our country,discusses Chinese ice hockey city construction.The results showed that as Asian best hockey city,Qiqihar city has the policy environment,cultural connotation of ice hockey,ice and snow the advantage of equipment manufacturing industry,have created conditions of ice hockey cities in China.Put forward the innovation promotion strategy,implement the young eagles plan three years to build hundreds ice hockey teams,further enhance the ice hockey city culture,innovation to promote the campus plan,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,and take the path of professional development effective countermeasures,and so on.
