仰拱置换法在寒区隧道的应用

Application of Inverted Arch Replacement Method in Tunnels in Cold Regions

该隧道地处北温带大陆性季风气候,属寒冷地区,岩隙水比较丰富,隧道仰拱回填质量不好,在冻融作用下隧道路面出现不均匀沉降、裂缝、错台和隆起导致隧道两侧检查通道侧墙向外倾斜、断裂、盖板翘起,大大降低使用功能,通过现场钻探检测数据分析,决定对仰拱进行置换,目前这种方法在我省高速公路隧道病害维修尚属首例。

The tunnel is located in the north temperate continental monsoon climate,which is a cold area with abundant rock gap water and poor backfill quality.Under the action of freeze-thaw,uneven settlement,cracks,wrong platforms,and uplifts on the road surface of the tunnel,it has been caused the inspection of the side walls of the tunnel to tilt outwards,break,and cover plates to rise,greatly reducing the function of use.Through the analysis of data from on-site drilling tests,it was decided to replace the elevation arch.At present,this method is the first case of highway tunnel disease repair in our province.
