The development of artificial intelligence has brought tremendous changes to human society so far. To fundamentally solve the legal problems caused by artificial intelligence, the legal subjectivity of artificial intelligence machines needs to be solved first. So, the feasibility of granting legal personality to them needs to be further discussed.
