新时代背景下工匠精神与高职校园文化建设的融合研究

Research on the Combination of Craftsman Spirit and Higher Vocational Campus Culture Construction under the Background of New Era

新时代背景下,工匠精神被赋予了鲜明的时代特征。校园文化作为工匠精神传承和弘扬的重要载体,加强工匠精神与校园文化建设的融合是实现高职文化育人的本质要求,也是高职培养面向新时代发展所需的高素质技能型人才的必然要求。基于对工匠精神的时代特点分析的基础上,从高职院校的精神文化建设、行为规范、制度层面以及物质文化建设几个方面阐述了工匠精神与校园文化建设的融合路径。

In the context of the new era,the craftsmanship spirit has been given distinctive characteristics of the times.As an important carrier of the inheritance and promotion of craftsmanship,campus culture strengthens the integration of artisan spirit and campus culture construction is the essential requirement for the education of higher vocational culture,and it is also the inevitable need of training high-quality skilled talents for higher education.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the craftsman's spirit,this paper expounds the integration path of craftsmanship and campus culture construction from the aspects of spiritual culture construction,behavioral norms,institutional level and material culture construction in higher vocational colleges.
