行业型职教集团紧密长效发展机制探究 被引量:5

摘要 行业型职教集团是我国职业教育集团化办学的主体方式之一,其成员具有相同的行业背景,在促进工学结合、产教融合、服务社会、推动经济发展方面更具优越性。当前行业型职教集团发展却面临组织结构松散、校企融合浅表化,行业资源难以优化共享,个别集团生存困难等问题。要促进行业型职教集团紧密长效良性发展,本文在终身教育理念的引导下,确立“大职教”发展思维,从纵向与横向两维度规划行业型职教集团长效发展路径,搭建高效统筹组织架构,优化集团发展环境创设,创新集团办学运营机制,完善科学监督评价体系。未来行业型职教集团应走多维多向合作路径,实现理论与实践、知识与技能的无缝衔接,开创一条由“初级工”到“大国工匠”的技术技能人才培养之路。 Industry-oriented vocational education group is one of the main ways of running a school as a group of vocational education in China.All its member organizations have the same industry background and have more advantages in promoting the combination of work and study,the integration of industry and education,serving the society and promoting economic development.At present,the development of industry-oriented vocational education groups is faced with such phenomena as loose organizational structure,superficial integration between schools and enterprises,difficult optimization and sharing of industry resources,and survival difficulties of individual groups.To promote industry type close long-term healthy development,vocational education group,under the guidance of concept of life-long education,establish the development of“great vocational education”thinking,from vertical and horizontal dimensions,design the long-term development path for industry type of vocational education group,set up efficient organization structure as a whole,optimize the environment of group development creation,innovate group educational operation mechanism,perfect the supervision and evaluation system of science.In the future,industry-oriented vocational education groups should take a multi-dimensional and multi-directional cooperation path,realize the seamless connection between theory and practice,knowledge and skills,and create a path for the cultivation of technical and technical talents from“junior workers”to“craftsmen of great powers”.
