党的十八大以来,习近平继承邓小平党的建设思想,坚持改善党的领导、巩固党的领导核心地位,将制度建设纳入党的建设体系,以群众路线推进党的建设。同时,习近平立足执政党建设的新形势,以“互联网+”的时代背景、大变革的国际环境以及党内政治生态的新变化为现实依据,提出中国特色社会主义新时代执政党建设的新思路,发展了邓小平党的建设思想。
