超薄铝型材切割机移动工作台模态分析

摘要 利用Solid Works软件的Simulation分析模块,以超薄铝型材自动切割机的移动工作台为研究对象,对其进行自由和约束两种状态下的有限元模态分析。观察前5阶振型图可知,移动工作台的最大变形发生在边缘夹具平台和底部连接支架上。分析表明利用Solid Works软件的Simulation模块对移动工作台进行模态分析,可以较为准确的预测移动工作台变形情况,避免了复杂的理论计算过程,为移动工作台的优化改进莫定了理论基础,也为进一步提高该款型材切割机的性能以及整机设计提供了理论依据。 Using the Simulation analysis module of Solid Works software, the moving table of ultra-thin aluminum automatic cutting machine is taken as the research object, and the finite element modal analysis under free and constrained conditions is carried out.Observing the 5 th-order modal pattern, the maximum deformation of the moving table occurs on the edge fixture platform and the bottom connection bracket. The analysis shows that the modal analysis of the mobile workbench by the Simulation module of Solid Works software can predict the deformation of the mobile worktable more accurately, avoiding the complicated theoretical calculation process, and the theoretical basis for the optimization of the mobile workbench. It also provides a theoretical basis for further improving the performance of the profile cutting machine and the design of the whole machine.
