摘要
防撞梁总成作为碰撞安全防护的第一道防线,为实现其轻量化和安全性能的设计目标。在开发初期,利用台车试验来验证前防撞梁总成在正面中心柱碰撞、正面低速碰撞、正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞、正面40%重叠可变形壁障碰撞四种工况中是否满足设计目标。通过有限元分析结果证明:通过合理的结构设计和材料选取,铝合金防撞梁总成可实现轻量化和安全性能目标。
The crash beam assembly as the first line of defense for collision safety protection, in order to achieve lightweight and safety performance. At the beginning of the development, trolley test is used to verify whether the front crash beam assembly meets the design objectives in four conditions: frontal central column collision, frontal low-speed collision, frontal 100% overlapping rigid barrier collision and frontal 40% overlapping deformable barrier collision. The analysis results show that the aluminum alloy crash beam assembly can achieve the goal of lightweight and safety performance by reasonable structure design and material selection.
