南海生态环境变化与海洋经济发展关系——基于环境协调发展视角

On the Relationship Between Changes of Ecological Environment and Development of Marine Economy in the South China Sea:From the Perspective of Environmental Coordinative Development

在强化生态环境保护和加快推动经济高质量发展的背景下,探究生态环境协调与经济可持续发展的关系,对我国“加快建设海洋强国”战略部署的实施有着重要影响。基于南海经济带面板数据,运用格兰杰因果模型探究生态环境协调对海洋经济发展的总体影响。研究发现,海洋生态环境协调有利于促进海洋经济发展,而政府部门在制定环境政策与引导市场活动过程中要重视生态环境变化对经济活动影响的直接性。

Under the background of strengthening the protection of ecological environment and accelerating the development of high-quality economy,exploring the relationship between ecological environment coordination and sustainable economic development is related to the implementation of China’s strategic deployment of“accelerating the construction of marine power”.Based on the panel data of the South China Sea Economic Belt,this paper explores the overall impact of ecological environment coordination on the development of the marine economy by using the Granger causality model.It is found that promoting the coordinated development of the marine ecological environment is conducive to promoting the development of the marine economy,and government departments should pay attention to the direct impact of ecological environment changes on economic activities in the process of formulating environmental policies and guiding market activities.
