公司自主研发的瓶装二氧化碳半自动充装设备已经成功投入使用了11年,但是仍然需要瓶瓶进行复称操作,这无形中增加了充装人员的劳动量。针对这一问题,公司采用单片机技术对显示仪表进行了重新开发,仪表可同时显示二氧化碳充装量、设置量和总重量,充装过程不再需要瓶瓶进行单独复称操作。

The CO2 semi-automatic filling equipment for cylinder has been developed and put into use for 11 years,but the operators still need to weigh every cylinder twice to get correct weight,so it increases the operators’workload undoubtedly.To counter this problem,Xieli takes single chip processor technology to redevelop the display instrument,and the display instrument can indicate the CO2 filling weight,setting weight and total weight at the same time.In such,no need to weigh every cylinder twice to get correct weight.
