摘要
通过对中叶水库石料场弱风化砂岩料、强风化和弱风化砂岩的混合料、以及弱风化砂岩和凝灰岩混合料的试验对比分析,了解了弱风化砂岩料和掺杂强风化岩石或弱风化软岩混合料的物理力学性质差异。风化混合料控制性指标紧密密度、含泥量、内摩擦角、以及碾压后的渗透系数虽与单一砂岩料存在一定差异,但均可满足相关规范对坝壳料的应用条件。中叶水库坝壳料采用风化料填筑后,风化料主要检测指标均满足坝壳料设计要求。风化坝壳料在本工程沥青混凝土心墙高坝中的应用经验,为以后兴建同类型工程具有很好的借鉴作用。
Based on the comparative analysis of the weak weathered sandstone tests, mixture of strong weathered sandstone and weak weathered sandstone, and mixture of weak weathered sandstone and tuff in the quarry of Zhongye Reservoir, the difference of physical and mechanical properties between weak weathered sandstone and mixture of strong weathered rock or weak weathered soft rock is understood. The controlling indexes of weathered mixture, such as compact density, mud content, internal friction angle and permeability coefficient after rolling, is a little different from those of single sandstone material, but they can meet the requirements of dam shell material. After weathered materials are used to fill the dam shell of Zhongye Reservoir, the main detection indexes of weathered materials meet the design requirements of dam shell materials. The application experience of weathered materials in high dam with asphalt concrete core wall in this project will provide a good reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
