矿山机械设备的使用与维护管理

Use and Maintenance Management of Mine Machinery and Equipment

随着我国经济、文化、科技等各方面的不断进步,人们越来越依赖矿产资源,而矿山机械设备从某些方面决定了矿产企业的生产效益。本文主要陈述了影响矿山机械设备使用时间长短的主要因素,如设计、制造和管理,分析了目前矿山机械设备使用管理中存在的问题,如设备利用率较低、管理理念落后等,最后对应地提出了几条加强矿山机械设备管理的策略,如加强管理人员责任感、做好保养保修工作、健全激励机制等等。

With the continuous progress of economy,culture,science and technology in China,people rely more and more on mineral resources,and mining machinery and equipment determine the production efficiency of mineral enterprises in some aspects.This paper mainly states the main factors affecting the use time of mining machinery and equipment,such as design,manufacture and management,analyses the problems existing in the use and management of mining machinery and equipment at present,such as low utilization rate of equipment,backward management concept,etc.Finally,several strategies are put forward to strengthen the management of mining machinery and equipment,such as strengthening the sense of responsibility of managers and doing a good job in maintenance.Repair work,improve the incentive mechanism and so on.
