在金庙井金矿探矿工程施工中,通过应用PDCA循环管理模式,提升了金庙井金矿探矿工程施工安全管理水平,降低了事故发生率,保障了探矿工程施工安全,对其它矿山探矿工程施工安全具有指导和参考作用。
In the construction of Jinmiaojing Gold Mine prospecting project,the PDCA cycle management mode is applied to improve the safety management level of the construction of Jinmiaojing Gold Mine prospecting project,reduce the accident rate,ensure the construction safety of the prospecting project,and play a guiding and reference role in the construction safety of other mine prospecting projects.
