摘要 本文采用了以四硼酸锂偏和硼酸锂为混合熔剂,硝酸锂为氧化剂,溴化锂为脱模剂的进行熔融制样,然后通过X射线荧光光谱法对铁矿石中的钾、钠、钛、铅、锌、砷组分含量进行测定,建立了仪器测试参数并对工作曲线进行了校正,通过与测定国家标准铁矿石进行对比,该实验方法的准确度满足炼铁生产工艺的要求。 In this paper,lithium tetraborate and lithium borate were used as mixed fluxes,lithium nitrate was used as oxidant,and lithium bromide was used as a release agent for melting.Then,potassium and sodium in iron ore were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.The content of titanium,lead,zinc and arsenic components was determined.The instrument test parameters were established and the working curve was corrected.The accuracy of the experimental method was compared with the requirements of the ironmaking production process by comparing with the national standard iron ore..
