摘要
通常采用EDTA滴定法测定高含量Zn、Cd,操作繁琐耗时较长而且Zn、Cd性质相似,会互相影响终点的判断使结果出现偏差,实验通过足量的王水加氟化铵使样品在350℃的温度下完全消解,用ICP-AES测定高锌镉渣中Zn、Cd。Zn、Cd的加标回收率在98%~102%之间,本法分析快速准确。
EDTA titration is usually used to determine high content of zinc and cadmium.The operation is tedious and time-consuming,and the properties of zinc and cadmium are similar.The judgment of the end point is that the results are biased.The sample is completely digested at 350~C by adding sufficient aqua regia and ammonium fluoride.The zinc and cadmium in high zinc and cadmium residue are determined by ICP-AES.The recovery of zinc and cadmium is between 98%~102%.The method is rapid and accurate.
