在硫精矿中回收锌金属试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对硫精矿进行再磨,使硫精矿中处于包裹状态或者连生体状态的锌矿物充分的单体解离。加入抑制剂石灰和腐殖酸钠、用硫酸铜活化硫精矿中的锌矿物,用丁基黄药为捕收剂,2#油为起泡剂。采用一次粗选,两次扫选,两次精选的浮选流程,进行浮选作业,在硫精矿含锌1.05%、含硫36.22%条件下,获得了含锌40.20%的锌精矿,以及含锌0.18%含硫36.18%的优质硫精矿。 By regrinding the sulfur concentrate,the zinc minerals in the sulfur concentrate in the wrapped state or connate state are fully separated by monomer.Zinc minerals in sulfur concentrate activated with copper sulphate by adding inhibitor lime and sodium humic acid,Use Dingjihuangyao as a collector and 2#oil as a blowing agent,Adopt a rough selection,two sweeps,and two selected flotation processes to perform flotation operations.Sulfur concentrates containing 1.05%of zinc and 36.22%of sulfur obtained a zinc concentrate containing 40.20%of zinc,and a high quality sulfur concentrate containing 0.18%of zinc containing sulfur 36.18%.
