镁合金的应用范围非常广,为了提升镁合金的质量,需要在对压铸质量进行严格控制。本文首先介绍了镁合金锭融化前的准备,随后阐述了镁合金压铸生产过程中的质量控制,以期对提升镁合金压铸质量有一定参考作用。

Magnesium alloys are widely used.In order to improve the quality of magnesium alloys,the quality of die casting should be strictly controlled.This paper first introduces the preparation of magnesium alloy ingot before melting,and then expounds the quality control in the process of magnesium alloy die casting,so as to provide some reference for improving the quality of magnesium alloy die casting.
