摘要
为了增强高速电气化铁路接触网零部件中心锚结线夹的强度和耐磨性,本文对铝青铜QAl10-4-4合金中心锚结线夹锻造工艺进行了设计及优化,确定了坯料直径、锻压机吨位、模锻工艺方案及加热温度,并进行了锻造模具设计。利用DMI3000M金相显微镜等设备对锻件微观组织、应力腐蚀等性能进行检测与分析,结果显示,新型中心锚结线夹的微观组织分布均匀,表面磨痕变少,耐磨损性能增强,材料利用率达到80%以上。
In order to enhance the strength and wear resistance of the central anchor wire clip of the contact wire parts of high-speed electrified railway,this paper selects QAl10-4-4 aluminum bronze material to design and optimize the forging process of the central anchor wire clip,determines the billet diameter,forging press tonnage,die forging process plan and heating temperature,and carries out the forging mold design.DMI 3000M metallographic microscope and other equipment were used to detect and analyze the microstructure,stress corrosion and other properties of forgings.The results showed that the microstructure of the new type of central anchor wire clip was evenly distributed,the surface wear marks were reduced,the wear resistance was enhanced,and the material utilization rate reached over 80%.
