摘要
第二次全国污染源普查过程中,由于污染源数据采集点多面广、数据量大、时间跨度长,将会形成大量的环保基础数据,这些数据不仅反映了各类污染源的过去与现状,还为未来环境污染治理工作打下了良好的基础,因此,用好用活污染源普查数据,将会为环境保护与社会经济发展综合决策提供科学依据。在地理信息技术、互联网+、云计算、大数据等众多高新技术的支持下,“地理信息+N”的跨界融合模式正在为政府和公众提供智能化的决策服务,本文就“地理信息+污染源普查数据”的跨界融合应用进行了分析。
During the second national pollution source survey,due to the wide range of data acquisition points,large amount of data and long time span,a large number of environmental protection basic data will be formed,These data not only reflect the past and present situation of various pollution sources,but also lay a good foundation for future environmental pollution control work,Therefore,making good use of the census data of living pollution sources will provide scientific basis for comprehensive decision-making of environmental protection and socio-economic development.With the support of many new technologies such as geographic information technology,Internet+,cloud computing,big data and so on,the transboundary fusion mode of"geographic information+N"is providing intelligent decision-making services for the government and the public.This paper analyzes the transboundary integration applications of"geographic information+pollution source survey data".
