摘要
本文用浓硝酸将高纯硒样品在低温加热消解,铍作为内标校正,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测量。实验结果表明,本方法检出限小于1.5μg/L,精密度高,RSD小于3%,回收率在92%~104.9%之间;通过不同分析方法的比较结果接近,证明本方法准确可靠,适用于高纯硒中汞杂质的测定。
In this paper,high purity selenium samples were digested by concentrated nitric acid at low temperature.Beryllium was used as internal standard correction and measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).The experimental results show that the detection limit of this method is less than 1.5 ug/L,the precision is high,RSD is less than 3%,and the recovery rate is between 92%and 104.9%.The comparison results of different analytical methods are close,which proves that this method is accurate and reliable and suitable for the determination of mercury impurities in high purity selenium.
