摘要
研究了以焦亚硫酸钠为还原剂,木质素磺酸钠为分散剂,从刚果(金)低品位水钴矿中提取铜、钴。结果表明,浸出过程木质素磺酸钠的加入量为水钴矿投入量1.5%,焦亚硫酸钠的加入量为理论单耗的2.5倍,液固比L/S=6mL/g,反应温度为25℃,初始硫酸浓度为1.25mol/L,搅拌转速300r/min,反应时间为6h。在该反应条件下,钴和铜的浸出率分别可达98.61%、98.27%。
The copper and cobalt were leached from Low-grade heterogenite in sulfuric acid using Na2S2O5 as reducing agent and Sodium Lignosulfonate as dispersant.The leaching rate of cobalt and copper is 98.61%and 98.27%respectively under the optimum conditions including the dosage of sodium lignosulfonate in leaching process is 1.5%of Low-grade heterogenite,2.5 times of theoretical unit consumption of sodium pyrosulfite,L/S=6 mL/g,reaction temperature is 25℃,initial sulfuric acid concentration is 1.25mol/L,stirring speed is 300 rpm and reaction time is 6h.
