摘要
介绍16.00-2536PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1490mm,断面宽390mm,胎圈着合直径633mm,胎圈着合宽度286mm,行驶面宽度354mm,行驶面弧度高30mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.8960,采用以横向花纹沟为主的混合花纹,花纹周节数30。施工设计:胎面采用缠绕法生产,胎圈采用三钢丝圈结构,胎体采用16层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶66帘布,缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布,采用胶囊反包成型机成型、Φ2200mm柱塞式胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均达到相关国家标准和设计要求。
The design on 16. 00 - 25 36PR off-the-road tire was described. In the structure design, the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 490 mm,width of cross-section 390 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 633 mm,bead width at rim seat 286 mm,width of running surface 354 mm,arc height of running surface 30 mm,maximum width position of cross–section (H1/H2) 0. 896 0,mixed pattern with transverse pattern grooves,and number of pattern pitches 30. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:winding processed tread,three steel wires for bead, 16 layers of high strength 1400dtex/3 nylon 66 cord for carcass,4 layers of 1400 dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply,using turn up bladder building machine to build tires,and Φ2 200 mm plunger type bladder vulcanizing tank to cure tires.The inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties of the finished tire met the requirements of national standards and relevant design.
