摘要
随着信息化时代的全面开启,海事政务服务工作也在积极拥抱新技术、新科技,但是目前的海事政务服务工作,依然存在政务服务举措和效果与服务对象的新期待新需求不平衡不统一的矛盾,影响着海事机构形象,随着行政审批制度改革的不断深化和服务型政府建设的不断深入,行政机关的政务环境、行政效率和服务水平也在逐步优化,因此海事政务服务工作加快互联网+政务服务的发展,加快平台搭建,让服务对象办事简化,推进政务服务向纵深发展,积极布局智慧政务建设已刻不容缓。
With the full opening of the information age, maritime government service is also actively embracing new techniques and new technologies. However, in the current maritime government service, there is unbalance and inconsistency between the measures and effects of government service with the new demands from the administrative counterparts, which has seriously impacted the image of the maritime administration. With the continuous deepening of the reform on administrative approval system and the continuous advancement of the construction of a serviceoriented government, the administrative environment, administrative efficiency and service level of the administrative administrations have been gradually optimized. Therefore, it is urgent for the maritime administration to speed up the development of Internet+ government service as well as the construction of the platform, simplify the service formalities, promote the development of the government service, and actively plan for the development of intelligent government service.
