Despite of the short time since the service experience of seafarers was recorded in the seafarer management system, such recording has exerted a significant influence upon the previous work mode of seafarer management. The paper focuses on the issues with the recording of seafarer’s service experience in the system and puts forward countermeasures correspondingly, in the hope of providing reference for improving the existing work.
