摘要
目的探讨运动康复干预对射血分数保存心力衰竭合并房颤患者运动耐力、生活质量及心肺功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2017年6月在本院治疗的100例HFPEF合并房颤患者,随机将其分为对照组和干预组。两组均予以常规内科治疗,干预组加用运动康复干预,干预时间18周。分别在干预前后评估并比较两组运动耐力、生活质量及心肺功能的差异。结果干预18周后,两组6min步行实验距离与MLWHFQ评分均较前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且干预组改善情况更明显(P<0.05);干预18周后,两组肺功能peakVO2、VE/VCO2slop、VO2AT、W、S与心功能LVEDD、LVEF均较前改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且干预组改善情况更明显(P<0.05)。结论运动康复干预射血分数保存心力衰竭合并房颤患者能有效改善患者运动耐力及心肺功能,有效提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of exercise rehabilitation intervention on the exercise endurance, quality of life and cardiopulmonary function of patients with ejection fraction-preserved heart failure and atrial fibrillation. Methods 100 patients with HFPEF complicated with atrial fibrillation who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Both groups were treated with routine medical treatment, and the intervention group was also given exercise rehabilitation intervention for 18 weeks. The differences in exercise endurance, quality of life and cardiopulmonary function were assessed and compared before and after intervention. Results After 18 weeks of intervention, the 6-minute walking distance and MLWHFQ scores of the two groups were improved (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the improvement of the intervention group was more obvious(P<0.05). After 18 weeks of intervention, the lung functional peak VO2, VE/VCO2 slop, VO2 AT, W, S and cardiac function LVEDD, LVEF in the two groups were improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and the improvement of the intervention group was more obvious(P<0.05). Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation intervention for patients with ejection fraction-preserved heart failure and atrial fibrillation can effectively improve exercise tolerance and cardiopulmonary function, and effectively improve the quality of life.
