知信行模式在艾滋病手术职业防护培训中的应用

Application of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode in occupational protection training of AIDS surgery

目的通过加强艾滋病手术医护人员职业防护知识的培训,使艾滋病手术的医护人员树立正确的职业防护信念,从而改善职业防护行为,减少或不发生职业暴露。方法将本科室参加艾滋病手术的医护人员40名采取知信行模式进行四周的艾滋病手术职业防护培训后,采取调查问卷和现场考核两种形式进行考核,对比培训前后职业防护行为的改变。结果通过知信行模式对艾滋病手术医护人员职业防护培训后,90%以上的医护人员牢固掌握了艾滋病手术职业防护的方法、重点以及职业暴露后的处理方法。培训前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用知信行模式为艾滋病手术医护人员职业防护培训,强化医护人员的认知态度、掌握了职业防护知识、从而改善了职业防护行为。

Objective To establish the occupational protection knowledge of medical staff of AIDS surgery by strengthening the training of occupational protection knowledge of AIDS surgery medical staff, so as to improve occupational protection behavior and reduce or prevent occupational exposure. Methods After the 40 medical staff participating in AIDS surgery in the department took the four-week AIDS surgery occupational protection training by KAP mode, they adopted questionnaires and on-site assessments. The changes in occupational protection behavior before and after training were compared. Results After the occupational protection training for AIDS surgical staff through the knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode, more than 90% of the medical staff firmly grasped the methods and key points of AIDS surgery occupational protection and the treatment methods after occupational exposure. Before and after the training, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of knowledge-attitude-belief-practice mode in the occupational protection training for AIDS surgical medical staff strengthens the cognitive attitude of medical staff, and masters the knowledge of occupational protection, thus improving occupational protection behavior.
