针对性手术室护理配合应用在人工全髋关节置换术中的效果研究

Exploring the effect of targeted operating room nursing combined with artificial total hip arthroplasty in artificial total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨针对性手术室护理配合应用在人工全髋关节置换术中的效果。方法选取2018年2~12月于本院接受治疗的106例人工全髋关节置换术患者,随机分为对照组53例(基础护理)与观察组53例(针对性手术室护理),比较两组护理效果。结果治疗结束,观察组护理后心率为(74.15±4.51)次/min、舒张压为(81.39±6.07)mmHg、收缩压为(124.15±9.63)mmHg、手术耗时为(102.44±34.82)min、输液总量为(1401.15±65.47)mL、输血总量为(505.83±26.81)mL、患者护理满意率为98.11%,护理后观察组在心率、舒张压、收缩压、手术耗时、输液总量指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组在输血总量、护理满意率上均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性手术室护理方法可有效改善人工全髋关节置换术患者预后,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of targeted operation room nursing in artificial total hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing artificial total hip arthroplasty who were treated in our hospital from February to December 2018 were randomly divided into the control group of 53 patients(basic nursing) and the observation group of 53 patients(targeted operating room nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results At the end of treatment, the heart rate of the observation group after nursing was(74.15±4.51) times/min, the diastolic blood pressure was(81.39±6.07)mmHg, the systolic blood pressure was(124.15±9.63)mmHg, and the operation time was(102.44±34.82)min, total infusion volume was(1401.15±65.47)mL, total blood transfusion was(505.83±26.81)mL, patient nursing satisfaction rate was 98.11%. The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, operation time, and the total infusion in the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total blood transfusion and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The targeted operating room nursing method can effectively improve the prognosis of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty, which is worthy of popularization.
