基于TOPSIS模型的河南省新型城镇化研究

Research on new Urbanization in Henan Province Based on TOPSIS Model

以河南为研究区,基于组合赋权法和TOPSIS模型,评价分析2000-2015年河南新型城镇化水平。结果表明,2000-2015年,河南省新型城镇化指数呈波动上升趋势,新型城镇化水平从Ⅴ级提升到Ⅰ级;2000-2003年,新型城镇化指数由增长到下降,呈倒"V"型发展趋势;2003-2015年,新型城镇化指数逐渐增长,呈持续增加趋势。

Taking Henan province as the research area,the new urbanization level from 2000 to 2015 was evaluated and analyzed based on combination weighting method and TOPSIS model.The results show that:From 2000 to 2015,the new urbanization index of Henan province showed a fluctuating and rising trend.The average of the new urbanization index was 0.4275,which was generally at a medium level;From 2000 to 2003,the index of new-type urbanization increased to decrease,showing an inverted“V”development trend;From 2003 to 2015,the index of new-type urbanization gradually increased and continued to increase.
