Prospects for the Development of Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Mechanism under the “China-US Trade War”

21世纪以来,亚太区域间经济合作表现活跃,以双边、多边的自由贸易协定(FTA)为主要形式,呈现竞争性合作、多路径、多框架并存的发展态势。鉴于美国“301调查”及“特别301调查”的历史教训,加之2018年中美贸易战风险的持续加剧,亚太区域的经济合作也在原有利益博弈的基础上更趋复杂,区域内部各国之间的贸易合作随即踏入崭新的“框架重构”阶段。

Since the 21st century,economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region has been active,with bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements(FTAs)as the main form,showing the development trend of competitive cooperation,multi-path and multiframework. From the historical lessons of the US“301 Survey”and“Special 301 Survey”,coupled with the continued increase in the risk of Sino-US trade wars in 2018,the economic cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region has become more complex on the basis of the original interest game.The trade cooperation immediately entered a new stage o“f reconstruction of the framework”.
