机场周边违法停车治理问题研究——以首都国际机场为例

Study on the Problem of Illegal Parking Control Around the Airport——Take Capital International Airport as an Example

目前,由于机动车驾驶人法治意识不强、交警执法手段有限、现有法律法规相对滞后等原因,机场周边违法停车现象较为严重,这不仅严重影响机场交通秩序,也带来一些公共安全隐患。研究首都国际机场为解决上述问题采取的合理配比停车位、创新执法方式、完善相关法律法规等综合举措,为依法治理机场周边违法停车行为,提高机场周边道路使用效率与旅客出行满意度具有重要意义。

At present, due to the lack of legal awareness of motor vehicle drivers, limited law enforcement means of traffic police, and relatively backward existing laws and regulations, illegal parking around airports is relatively serious. This not only seriously affects the airport traffic order, but also brings some public safety risks. It is of great significance to study the comprehensive measures taken by capital international airport to solve the above problems, such as reasonable matching of parking spaces, innovative law enforcement methods, and improvement of relevant laws and regulations, so as to regulate illegal parking around the airport, improve the use efficiency of roads around the airport, and improve passenger travel satisfaction.
