“三股势力”在其发展渗透过程中,离不开对其意识形态的宣扬。意识形态领域反分裂反渗透,是一场事关党的前途命运,事关国家长治久安的人民战争。我国的反恐怖主义法律明显突出了打击与预防相结合的原则。文章结合立法规定,探讨如何有效预防恐怖主义的滋生和蔓延,提出意识形态领域打击三股势力的实现路径。

In the process of its development and penetration,“three forces” cannot be separated from the promotion of its ideology. Anti-separatism and anti-infiltration in the field of ideology is a people’s war concerning the future and destiny of the party and the long-term stability of the country. Our law on terrorism clearly highlights the principle of combining combat with prevention. This paper discusses how to effectively prevent the breeding and spreading of terrorism and puts forward the ways to fight against the three forces in the field of ideology.
