终身教育背景下发展老年思想政治教育工作探讨

老年教育是终身教育的重要内容,又是全民教育不可缺少的一部分。老年思想政治教育工作作为一个应用科学概念,它既包括思想政治工作的理论又包括思想政治工作的实践,是思想政治工作理论和实践相统一的科学概念。随着老龄化社会的到来,我国老年教育也在不断发展,但对于老年思想政治教育工作的推进较为缓慢。在实践中,应以终身教育理念为背景,利用老年人在开放大学学习的实践经验,完善开展老年思想政治教育服务体系,整合、利用现有的社区教育机构等教育资源,开发多样化、易被老年学员接纳的思想政治教育教学模式,开发符合老年人需求和喜好的思想政治课程,真正实现老年思政教育创新发展,发挥开放大学在构建学习型城市、终身教育体系中的作用。

Old age education is an important part of lifelong education and an indispensable part of education for all. As an applied scientific concept, the ideological and political education for the elderly includes both the theory and practice of ideological and political work, and is the scientific concept of the unity of the theory and practice of ideological and political work . With the arrival of an aging society, China's old age education is also developing, but the promotion of ideological and political education for the elderly is slow. In practice, we should use the concept of lifelong education as the background, make use of the practical experience of the elderly in open university, improve the service system of the elderly ideological and political education, integrate and utilize the existing educational resources of community education institutions, and develop a diversified and receptive ideological and political education pattern, develop the ideological and political curriculum that meets the needs and preferences of the elderly, thus truly realizing the innovative development of the old ideological and political education, and playing a role of open university in constructing a learning city and long-life education system.
