摘要
阐述极低热量饮食(VLCD)的降糖机制及对机体代谢的影响,综述VLCD在2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人中的应用研究现状、优势、不足与争议,为VLCD在国内用于T2DM病人的体重控制和饮食指导相关研究提供参考。
This article expounded the hypoglycemic mechanism and the influence of very low calorie diet (VLCD) on the metabolism.It reviewed the research status quo,advantages,disadvantages and controversies of VLCD in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Therefore, it encouraged further studies VLCD used in body weight management and diet therapy on Chinese T2DM individuals.
