倒天河水库和碧阳湖夏秋季浮游植物群落组成及水质评价 被引量:1

Phytoplankton Community Composition and Water Quality Evaluation of Daotianhe Reservoir and Biyang Lake in Summer and Autumn

摘要 为了解毕节市倒天河水库和碧阳湖夏秋季浮游植物的群落组成及水质状况,于2013年6月到10月对各采样点的浮游植物每月进行两次采样调查,共鉴定浮游植物19个属,隶属于6门12目,其优势属为盘星藻属和卵形藻属,各采样点浮游植物总密度在夏季均高于秋季。利用3个生物多样性指标,即Margalef丰富度指数(D)、Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H′)和Pielou均匀度指数(J)来评价各采样点的水质状况,综合多种评价结果显示,倒天河水库和碧阳湖上段总体上为中污染状态,而碧阳湖中下段总体上为中-重污染状态。 In order to understand the community composition and water quality of phytoplankton in Daotianhe Reservoir and Biyang Lake in summer and autumn, the phytoplankton at each sampling point was sampled twice a month from June to October 2013. A total of 19 genus of phytoplankton were identified, belonging to 6 orders and 12 orders, and their dominant genus was Pediastrum and Cocconeis. The total density of phytoplankton at each sampling point in summer is higher than that in autumn. The water quality of each sampling point was evaluated using three biodiversity indicators, namely Margalef richness index (D), Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') and Pielou evenness index (J). According to the results of various evaluations, the upper section of the Daotianhe Reservoir and the Biyang Lake are generally in a state of pollution, while the middle and lower sections of the Biyang Lake are generally in a medium-heavy state.
