摘要
针对油井套管气井点分散、气量少等特点,如何加强油井套管气综合回收、治理与利用一直是油田开发的一个难题。为了满足节能安全环保要求,提高零散油井套管气利用水平,近年来各油田不断探索套管气回收工艺技术,逐步形成了定压阀、活塞式打气泵、小型撬装增压装置、同步回转压缩增压等套管气自动回收主体工艺,对油井套管气分类治理,均取得了良好的效果。文章介绍了油井套管气特点及外排的危害,阐述分析了各种工艺技术的特点及适用情况,为进一步开展套管收综合回收治理技术研究及推广有一定的借鉴价值。
In view of the characteristics of dispersed points and less gas volume in cased gas wells, how to strengthen the comprehensive recovery, treatment and utilization of cased gas in oil wells has always been a difficult problem in oilfield development. In order to meet the requirements of energy saving, safety and environmental protection and improve the utilization level of cased gas in scattered oil wells, various oilfields have been exploring the technology of cased gas recovery in recent years, and gradually formed the main process of automatic recovery of cased gas, such as constant pressure valve, piston pump, small skid-mounted booster, synchronous rotary compression booster, etc. Good results have been achieved in classifying and treating cased gas in oil wells. This paper introduces the characteristics of casing gas in oil wells and the hazards of drainage, expounds and analyses the characteristics and application of various technology, which has certain reference value for further research and popularization of comprehensive recovery and treatment technology for casing recovery.
