美沙拉嗪联合附子理中丸治疗脾肾阳虚证溃疡性结肠炎的效果及对血清HIF-1α、SOCS-3水平的影响

Effect of mesalazine combined with Fuzilizhong pills on ulcerative colitis of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and its effect on serum HIF-1α and SOCS-3 levels

目的探讨美沙拉嗪联合附子理中丸治疗脾肾阳虚证溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的效果及对血清低氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、细胞因子信号转导因子-3(SOCS-3)水平的影响。方法选择脾肾阳虚证UC患者共120例随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组患者接受美沙拉嗪治疗,治疗组患者给予美沙拉嗪联合附子理中丸治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、血清炎症因子、HIF-1α、SOCS-3水平。结果治疗组的临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的各项中医证候积分均小于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后患者炎症水平均显著缓解,其中治疗组血清IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前两组HIF-1α和SOCS-3无显著差异(P>0.05),术后均显著改善,术后治疗组HIF-1α显著低于对照组,而SOCS-3显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪联合附子理中丸治疗脾肾阳虚证UC可更好降低患者炎症水平,缓解临床症状,并且进一步的研究显示附子理中丸与美沙拉嗪联合使用可进一步降低HIF-1α水平,上调SOCS-3水平,提高预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of mesalazine combined with Fuzilizhong pills in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and the levels of serum hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and cytokine signal transduction factor-3(SOCS-3). Methods A total of 120 patients with UC were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group received mesalazine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with mesalazine combined with Fuzilizhong pills. The clinical therapeutic effects, serum inflammatory factors, HIF-1α, and SOCS-3 levels were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical treatment efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05). The inflammatory levels of the patients were significantly relieved after treatment, and the serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between HIF-1α and SOCS-3 in the two groups before operation(P>0.05), and the HIF-1α and SOCS-3 improved significantly after operation. The HIF-1α in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and the SOCS-3 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group after operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Mesalazine combined with Fuzilizhong pills can better reduce the inflammatory level of patients and relieve clinical symptoms. And further studies show that the combination of Fuzilizhong pills can further reduce the level of HIF-1α up-regulation of SOCS-3 and improve the prognosis.
