瓷贴面和全瓷冠在前牙修复中的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of porcelain veneer and all-ceramic crown in anterior dental restoration

目的评估瓷贴面及全瓷冠在前牙修复中的临床疗效。方法收集在我院进行前牙修复的患者120例共175颗患牙,依据患者修复方式不同分为瓷贴面组和全瓷冠组,按照Ryge标准观察并比较两种患者近期疗效的差异,同时比较两组患者疼痛程度及美观效果,观察并比较两组远期临床效果的差异,包括不良反应发生率、修复体完好率。结果两组术后敏感、龈缘密合性、龈边缘变色、牙龈反应情况的发生率没有显著差异(均P>0.05);瓷贴面组术后美观评分及疼痛评分显著优于全瓷冠组(均P<0.05);瓷贴面组不良反应发生率显著低于全瓷冠组(P<0.05);两组修复体完好率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论瓷贴面和全瓷面临床效果相近,但瓷贴面术后更加美观,术后疼痛轻,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of porcelain veneer and all-ceramic crown in anterior dental restoration. Methods A total of 120 patients with anterior dental restoration(175 teeth) in our hospital were collected. They were divided into porcelain veneer group and all-ceramic crown group according to the patient's repair methods. The difference in short-term effects of the two patients was observed and compared according to the Ryge criteria. At the same time, the pain degree and aesthetic effect of the two groups were compared, and the long-term clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared, including the incidence of adverse reactions and the intact rate of the restoration. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative sensitivity, gingival margin adhesion, gingival margin discoloration, and gingival reaction between the two groups (P>0.05). The postoperative aesthetic score and pain score of the porcelain veneer group were significantly better than that of the all-ceramic crown group(both P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the porcelain veneer group was significantly lower than that in the all-ceramic crown group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the intact rate of restoration between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of porcelain veneer and all-ceramic crown is similar. But porcelain veneer is more beautiful after operation, which has light postoperative pain, and low the incidence of adverse reactions.
