传动直丝弓矫治技术在恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形矫治中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨传动直丝弓矫治技术在恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形矫治中的应用效果。方法收集2014年2月~2016年8月我院治疗的50例恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形患者的临床资料,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组25例和对照组25例,对照组患者接受传统直丝弓矫治系统进行治疗,观察组患者接受传动直丝弓矫治系统进行治疗,比较两组患者矫治前后上下切牙及磨牙位置指标以及打开咬[牙合]所需时间、排齐整平时间、复诊次数。结果观察组患者矫治后∠SNA[(80.27±1.33)°]、∠U1-NA[(15.45±1.65)°]、U1-NA[(3.10±0.88)mm]均低于对照组[(81.46±1.85)°、(28.22±2.10)°、(6.88±1.08)mm],∠U1-L1[(122.50±8.81)°]高于对照组[(104.46±8.38)°],差异显著(P<0.05),其余无显著差异;观察组患者打开咬[牙合]所需时间[(3.95±0.85)个月]、排齐整平时间[(5.22±1.18)个月]、复诊次数[(16.44±2.28)次]均低于对照组[(6.17±1.14)个月、(7.56±1.69)个月、(20.38±4.15)次],差异显著(P<0.05)。结论传动直丝弓矫治技术矫治恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类1分类错颌畸形效果优于传统直丝弓矫治技术,值得临床推荐。 Objective To investigate the application effect of transmission straight wire correction technique in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ grade 1 malocclusion of premature permanent teeth. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases of premature permanent teeth with Angle class Ⅱ grade 1 malocclusion from February 2014 to August 2016 were collected. According to different treatment protocols, the patients were divided into observation group of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases. Patients in the control group were given conventional straight wire treatment system. Patients in the observation group were given transmission straight wire treatment system. The location indices of upper and lower incisors and molars before and after treatment, the time required to open the occlusion, the time of aligning and the number of revisits were compared between the two groups. Results The ∠SNA[(80.27±1.33)°],∠U1-NA [(15.45±1.65)°], and U1-NA [(3.10±0.88) mm] were lower in the observation group than those in the control group[(81.46±1.85)°,(28.22±2.10)°,(6.88±1.08) mm] after correction, and ∠U1-L1[(122.50±8.81)°] was higher than that in the control group [(104.46±8.38)°]. The differences were significant(P<0.05), and the others were not significantly different;in the observation group, the time required for the patient to open the occlusion[(3.95±0.85) months], the alignment time[(5.22±1.18) months], and the number of revisits(16.44±2.28) times were lower than those in the control group[(6.17±1.14) months,(7.56±1.69) months,(20.38±4.15) times]. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of transmission straight wire correction technique in the treatment of Angle class Ⅱ grade 1 malocclusion of premature permanent teeth is better than that of conventional straight wire correction technique, which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
