摘要
工匠精神已经成为政策安排的重要内容之一,但是,工匠精神缺失也是当前不得不面临的现实问题。工匠精神缺失是多因素综合作用的结果,如复杂社会因素、相关教育缺失及学生自身问题等多因素。通过分析工匠精神知识内涵,构建了迭代递进职业技能培养、层次递进职业价值观培养、激励递进职业态度培养、自然递进职业道德培养等多维混合递进培养模型,并以高职金融管理专业为例,对专业课程体系进行梳理,抽取工匠精神关键知识内涵,与契合度高的课程相融合,以检验混合螺旋递进培养模型的有效性。
Craftsman spirit has become an important content of policy arrangement,but the lack of craftsman spirit is also a realistic problem which we have to face at present.The lack of craftsmen’s spirit is the result of the comprehensive effect of many factors,such as complex social factors,lack of relevant education and students’own problems.By analyzing the knowledge connotation of craftsman spirit,this paper constructs a multi-dimensional mixed progressive cultivation model,which includes iterative progressive vocational skills cultivation,hierarchical progressive vocational values cultivation,incentive progressive professional attitude cultivation,and natural progressive professional ethics cultivation.Taking financial management major in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper combs the professional curriculum system,extracts the key knowledge connotation of craftsman spirit,and agrees with it.Highly qualified courses are integrated to test the effectiveness of the mixed spiral progressive cultivation model.
