Construction of Quality Assurance System for Modern Vocational Education:Goals,Content and Policy Support

“建立国家资格框架”为现代职业教育质量保障体系建设提供了新内容与新方向。在此背景下,质量保障体系建设需要以实现现代职业教育体系的内外协同、各类教育系统之间的融贯互认为目标,从职业教育质量指标、职业教育监测体系、职业教育评价体系和教育质量合作机制四个方面进行构建,并继续完善政策支撑,在明确政策目标、完善政策条款、细化政策内容以及监督政策执行等方面进行改革。

"Establishing the national qualification framework" provides a new content and direction for the construction of modern vocational education quality assurance system. In this context,the construction of quality assurance system needs to meet the new needs of different types of education and mutual recognition. It needs to be constructed from four aspects: quality indicators of vocational education,monitoring system of vocational education,evaluation system of vocational education and cooperation mechanism of educational quality. In terms of policy guarantee,it is necessary to clarify policy objectives,improve policy provisions,refine policy content and supervise policy implementation.
