摘要
提升高职院校的课堂教学质量是提升高职院校人才培养质量和社会竞争力的关键点。基于厦门南洋职业学院的实证调查得出,当前高职院校大学生的课堂学习体验状况良好,但也存在进一步改善的空间:文理科层面,人文社科类学生与理工科学生的课堂体验各有优劣;年级层面,大一学生的课堂体验优于大二学生;性别层面,女生群体的课堂体验优于男生。鉴于此,应以学生为本,凸显他们在学习中的主体地位;因科施教,兼顾文理科学习内容的差异性;因级制宜,加强对大二学生进行引导和教育;因材施教,对男大学生群体给予特别关注。
Improving the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges is the key to improving the quality of talent cultivation and social competitiveness in higher vocational colleges. This empirical study is based on the investigation and interviews in Xiamen Nanyang Vocational College,which tries to clarify the current status of college students’ course learning experience,and then find strategies to improve the quality of teaching. Major conclusions of college students’ course learning experience are: vocational college students’ course learning experience is positive in general,and there is something more can be done;humanities and social science students and engineering students have different course learning experience in terms of disciplines;freshman have better course experience than sophomores;female have better course experience than male college students. Suggestions to improve quality of teaching and learning are provided: highlighting the status of college students in learning;focusing on the characteristics of liberal arts and sciences;strengthening guidance and education for sophomores;giving more attentions to male college students.
