公司资金管理与技术创新关系研究——基于669家上市公司截面数据

Research on Company Capital Management and Technology Innovation—— Based on Cross Section Data of 669 Listed Companies

梳理了公司资金管理和技术创新相关文献,构建数量模型,选取2017年669家上市公司进行实证分析,结果显示二者存在线性关系。相关系数表明,多数上市公司在研发支出(技术创新)投入不足。建议上市公司在资金投向上加强技术创新投入,提高公司市场竞争力,促进企业可持续发展。

In this paper,the related literatures of capital management and technological innovation of the company were sorted out respectively,and a quantitative model was built to explore the relationship between them.The model selects 669 listed companies in 2017 for empirical analysis,and concludes that there is a linear relationship between them.The correlation coefficient reflects that most companies do not invest enough in research and development(technological innovation).It is suggested that the company should strengthen investment in technological innovation.It may maintain sustainable development for making the company more competitive in the market.
