Statement of Daur Written Literature in Kazakh and Uyghur Languages

达斡尔族文学语种比较丰富,除了有满文拼写达斡尔语的母语文学之外,还有满文、蒙古文、哈萨克文、维吾尔文的达斡尔族书面文学。达斡尔族哈萨克文、维吾尔文书面文学发展有其独特的发展背景。达斡尔语没有文字,新疆地区达斡尔人与周边哈萨克、维吾尔等民族接触过程中,学习其语言文字,并且用哈萨克文、维吾尔文创作、翻译、整理了文学作品,促进了达斡尔族哈萨克文、维吾尔文书面文学的发展。

The Daur language is rich in literature. In addition to literature using the Manchu Alphabet in Daur, there are also Daur literature written in Manchu and Mongolian, as well as in Kazakh and Uyghur scripts. The development of Daur literature in Kazakh and Uyghur languages its unique background. Having no writing system, Daur people in Xinjiang acquired the languages of Kazakh, Uyghur and other ethnic minorities during their daily communication. Therefore, the Daur people use Kazakh and Uyghur languages to create, translate and organize their own literature. This process bears out a special track of the formation and development of Daur literature in Kazakh and Uyghur languages, and reflects unique features of different ethnic cultures in Xinjiang.
